We understand that it is a difficult decision to invite someone unfamiliar into your home. This is why we place so much emphasis on selecting only the best caregivers available. Many other agencies are simply too large to be able to offer you the quality and choice in caregivers. Angels Senior Care is different as all of our caregivers have years of experience with in-home care. We perform a rigorous background and reference check on each perspective caregiver. We rely on information provided from reliable sources such as previous home care agencies and clients, nursing homes, hospitals, hospices, volunteer organizations and religious organizations. All of our caregivers are bonded and insured.
At Angles Senior Care, we do our best to match your needs with a recommended caregiver. However, you are the final decision maker. We let you choose a caregiver that you are comfortable with and can trust. You are in control of everything. Because we are a non-medical care agency and not a nursing agency. You’ll be amazed at how affordable our rates are. You will also decide what schedule and companion service meets your needs.
We start the process with meetings involving the client, concerned family members, medical care providers and social workers. We compile all of the information from our meetings and then carefully match a caregiver who is qualified to meet all the needs of your case. Assisting Angels Senior Care does not stop here. We then determine a convenient time for everyone involved to meet with the prospective caregiver as well as the care coordinator at your home and create your care plan. This ensures you will always have the final say in choosing your caregiver and developing the most appropriate care plan suited to all of your needs.
After the caregiver is placed in your home, we will continue to maintain personal contact with the care recipient and family to insure your ongoing satisfaction and to provide additional assistance if needed.
